This week we’ve tried these new spreadable Italian cheese creams from a family run business that produces excellent PDO Gorgonzola and Taleggio cheeses in the Lombardy region. Both these cheese are famous for being intense and sometimes even strong flavoured, however these creams are delicate but remain faithful to their main ingredients.

Everybody can enjoy them! They  are perfect for making your own cheese sauces for pasta or gnocchi, or simply for spreading on bread tramezzini or as a dip for crudités.
